BGP Workshop

This class is full! Please register to be put on the wait list.  If we get enough interest we will consider putting another session on our schedule.

This one-day, hands-on workshop will focus on BGP and advanced routing concepts, including configuration, path selection, best practice recommendations, and examples of BGP problems and solutions encountered over years of route fault isolation. You'll configure Cisco routers in a lab environment to simulate different BGP configurations.
To participate, you should have experience with general router configuration, and some knowledge of routing protocols is recommended. Plan to bring a laptop computer with terminal emulation software installed.

In this workshop you will:
  • Gain a full understanding of the uses of BGP routing
  • Learn how to configure routers for BGP routing
  • Learn how and when to apply appropriate BGP attributes
  • Learn how to troubleshoot typical BGP problems

Cost: $275 + $12 parking (if needed)

Class times: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 25. Lunch and snacks are included.
