Anything is Possible..

or How to become a Social Entrepreneur!

12th December, 2012

Browns Courtrooms, Covent Garden

Our Speaker at our Christmas Networking Event is leadership coach and social entrepreneur Neil Kirby. Neil has been coaching business leaders for many years and has taken his successful training style into schools, to coach the leaders of the future. He commits 5% of all his income to The Red Rubber Ball Foundation which he established in order to provide scholarships and to further the work of an educaqtional farm in Africa.

Find out how Neil has managed to successfully combine business and philanthropy.

The Room Upstairs is a series of networking events aimed at providing professionals and business men and women, who want to develop their contacts, with a business-like environment in which to make good contacts and to develop them into relationships.

Those who attend our events can ask for that impossible contact, advice or other dream request they may have. And of course, you will receive the contact details, by email, of all those you meet on the day.

Our Speaker: Neil Kirby

Neil Kirby is possibly the man with the most inspirational job title ever, Chief Encourager at The Red Rubber Ball Company.  Neil is passionate about developing 21st Century leaders and works with current and future leaders in the workplace as well as young leaders in schools and youth groups.

As if this wasn’t enough, Neil decided to set up a charity to provide opportunities to young people in deprived circumstances and currently sponsors 32 children through secondary school in Kenya, among other community projects.  These all embrace The Red Rubber Ball Company’s founding leadership principles CHOICE; PASSION; VISION; ACTION.

Topic: Life as a Social Entrepreneur

Neil will explain how Choice; Passion; Vision; Action influences his life and the decisions he makes.  He will share stories from the Kenyan projects, of resourcefulness and making the most of what opportunities they have; the lessons he’s learned from setting up a charity and ideas about how any individual or organisation can donate effectively to charity (sometimes at no cost to you!)

Can I Invite Someone?      Who do you know who might be interested in the topic?                           Like-minded business owners and senior executives are welcome. However, please let us know if you intend to bring a guest, with their name and contact details. All bookings need to be confirmed by deadlines detailed below.

Menu: The menu will be sent to you once you have registered.
