Judy & Dianne Celebration with the Captains

DEADLINE to purchase tickets is JUNE 15.

Rev. Judy Wismar Claycomb is retiring and Pastor Dianne Tobey Covault has been appointed to Christ UMC & Simpson UMC. We love them both, and they both love baseball. Join us June 30 for a buffet picnic, baseball, and fireworks as we celebrate the ministries of these two leaders who have given so much to helping us better know God through Jesus Christ.

Schedule of Events

6:30 - 8:00 pm - All-you-care-to-eat buffet on the Party Deck (third base side, Suite Level).

MENU: hamburgers, hot dogs, mac & cheese, baked beans, chips, cookies, water, iced tea, lemonade.

7:00 pm - Lake County Captains vs Bowling Green Hot Rods

After the Game - Fireworks!

Ticket Info

Cost: $10/person. Includes buffet, game, party deck & box seat access, fireworks. Tickets are non-refundable.

Children ages 3 and under are free unless they need a seat for the game, which requires the purchase of a ticket.

Your tickets/wristbands will be available for pickup at the ballpark Main Gate (faces Route 91). We will have a Church of the Saviour table set up.

Rain Plan

Of course it's not going to rain....but if it does, here's what will happen:

If the stadium opens for the game and then it rains, our celebration is still a "Go". The game may end up being postponed to another date or cancelled. If so, your tickets may be exchanged for any regular season game this season, based upon availability.

If the stadium doesn't open due to weather, then we will reschedule the entire event.

Parking

Parking is available in the lot across Route 91 from the park for $8. Access to the park is via pedestrian bridge.

Handicap parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If full, fans may enter the Gold Lot and be dropped off near the Captain's office.

To avoid using the bridge, the Captains suggest using the private lots off Curtis Blvd (for a fee).
