Kick off the New Year with a step back in time as CREW Dallas hosts its January luncheon in the historic and iconic Dallas High School. Beautifully renovated under the ownership of Matthews Paradise Office Development, the landmark project features a new anchor tenant, Perkins + Will, and more than 100,000 square feet of office and retail space adjacent to the Dallas Arts District / Pearl Street DART light rail station. The CREW Dallas luncheon will feature the development team of Jack Matthews and Mitch Paradise, who will discuss the intriguing history and ongoing dynamic development plans of Dallas High School; an old architectural gem made new.
