"The Jewish Community of Las Vegas" featuring Michael Green

Michael Green is an associate professor of history at UNLV. He was raised in Las Vegas, graduated from UNLV, earned his Ph.D. at Columbia, and has published three books on the Civil War era and five on Nevada history. His next book comes out in the spring of 2015: "Nevada: A History of the Silver State." He also writes "Nevada Yesterdays" for Nevada Humanities and KNPR, and columns for Vegas Seven and the Nevada's Washington Watch newsletter.
