Frequently Asked Questions:

When do we leave?  Registration begins at 7:30 AM and the buses roll out promptly at 8!  We will not return until 6:30 PM.  Lunch will be delivered to one of our stops.  

How can I register?  Register one of three ways: 

• Online Registrations:  Simply click the button below and you will be walked through online registration.
• Phone Registrations:  If you prefer to register by phone with your credit card, please call Denise at 413.7610.  
• Check Registrations:  You may also mail in a check, payable to Forsyth Woman.  Checks may be sent to 6255 Town Center Drive, Clemmons, NC  27012.  If you mail us a check, please include your email, phone #, and the names of your shopping friends.  

Can I pay at the door?  No, unfortunately, we cannot allow at the door payments.

I want to register.  Can you hold my seat until I get my check to you?  No, unfortunately, we cannot register you until we receive your payment.

Can I leave early?  We can't tell you NOT to leave early, but we strongly discourage it for several reasons.

• First - because this event will be a sell out, it means those who would have committed their full day to the TdB won't be able to participate.  
• Second - the stores we visit have also paid to be a part of the Tour de Boutique.  They are expecting you based on the headcount we provide the week before the trip, and are very disappointed if you don't come to see them. 

We understand that emergencies happen, and obviously, if you have to go, you have to go.  However, if you're going to register for the trip, we strongly encourage you to commit to the full day.  

Can I be on a certain bus?  You must have shopped on our past Consignment Shop Hop!  :)  We only have one bus for Tour de Boutique, so no issues there.

Can you hold my seat?  No, unfortunately we cannot.  We reserve the first seat for the bus leader, but every other seat is first-come, first serve. If you have someone in your group who arrives first, you can ask them to hold your seat.  

What is for lunch?  A gourmet boxed lunch will be provided.

What can I expect on the Tour de Boutique?  When we say we shop until we drop, we mean it.  The day will be a day of non-stop shopping fun with old and new friends alike!  In addition to lunch and transportation included in your shopping fee, we work very hard to give our shoppers a fantastic day, including lots of door prizes and the shops often have special TdB day promotions or sales.  

Will the bus have a bathroom?  Yes, we rent luxury motorcoaches that are fully equipped!

*Cancellations received within 15 days of the event are non-refundable.  Cancellations for the Tour de Boutique must be received by October 5th in order to be refunded.
