SMRO- New Provider Orientation 6/15/17
We will discuss the functions of the SMRO with an emphasis on Quality Improvement. We will connect you to Fiscal, Community Services, QA & Administrative staff in an effort to expand quality services options for individuals deemed eligible & approved for services. Lastly, we will discuss DDA accountability systems related to the waiver, share resources & learn more about each agency's focus service area's.
