Engineering and Engineering Technology STEM Educator Workshop 

This seminar will include Normandale’s Vacuum and Thin Film Technology faculty Nancy Louwagie, Director, Engineering Technology Programs and Tom Johnson, Vacuum Technology Adjunct Instructor, sharing information about effective pedagogy through telepresence. They will provide an overview of the technical process and then demonstrate their virtual classroom lab training experience. Finally, they will share some best practices to address challenges such as industry enrollment and pedagogy for successful telepresence training. This event will end with time left for Q&A and conversation with our presenters.

This is a FREE seminar.  Upon completion of attendance, participants can request from the Engineering Center of Excellence a certificate indicating Professional Development Hours (PDHs) or Continuing Education Units (CEUs) of 1.5.
