Vendor Registration

Home for the Holidays is a free fun filled one day for the communities in Mansfield, PA! The one day event will kick off with a parade at 10 AM and the festivities will continue after the parade until 5 PM All proceedes will benefit the Home for the Holidays Celebration in Mansfield, PA on November 30th, 2019.

Please read and complete the attached vendor information. As always, we reserve the right to ask you to remove any items viewed as inappropriate for a family event. North Main Street, Route 6, and St. James Esipocal Church will be available for vendors to start setting up at 9 AM on Saturday, November 30th.

This years vendor fee will be 25.00 for all vendors, except for non-profits, student organizations, and chamber memebers whose fee will be waived. Please make your check payable to "Mansfield Chamber of Commerce" "Attn: Home for the Holidays". We look forward to having you participate in Mansfield's Home for the Holidays, vendors wil be given prioity on a first come basis. We ask that flea market items not be incuded as vendors for this event.

You may set up at 9 AM on Saturday, November 30th in the spot that you are assigned. Please bring a trash bag and be prepared to keep your vendor spaces picked up and free of debris.

***Please note that there will not be any available electric for this event***

Vendors are NOT allowed to set up the night before because it is a main road and the road parking spaces will only be closed off on the day of the event.

An area will be assigned for vendor parking. There will be a map of vendor spaces hung up at the Main Office and it will also be sent out electronically the day before the event (please make sure to write down a correct email address or you will not be able to receive our updates for this event). Please be patient if you are not set-up where you want to be. Please set up in your designated space/spaces or you will be asked to move.

All vendors are responsible for their own Liability Insurance.
