Presentation #1—The Dragon of Fireless Mission.  What is the temperature of your church mission? The dynamics of the last three years have contributed to challenges in local church work.  Uncertainty has caused uneven attendance patterns and even a reduced sense of progress.  This session will consider these dynamics and propose a path forward that breathes fire and life into your church’s mission to reenergize the community for the days ahead.  Jeanine Parolini – Bethel University, Director of MBA Program

Presentation #2—The Dragon of Division.  The Scriptures are clear that unity in the church is a major prerequisite for progress in disciple-making.  Ever since the first century, division in the church has been a problem that needs to be addressed.  Today, in addition to perennial clashes of personality and ministry philosophy, political divisions also have emerged.  This session will offer some practical help on how to avoid conflict in the first place and then how to resolve it once it emerges. Eric Hulstrand – Moving Forward Consulting, President

Presentation #3-- The Dragon of Human Sexuality.  American society is dealing now with the implications of the sexual revolution of decades gone by.  Promiscuity, pornography, same sex relationships, transgenderism, abortion, and sexual education are just a few of the wide range of issues that we are facing today.  This session will examine the challenge before the Church to speak biblical truth in love on these issues both for the benefit of Church members who need to know how to respond and to the wider community who needs healing and direction.  Jeremy Bratcher – Cornerstone Church – Host Pastor
