$25 entry fee includes one rack of ribs, additional racks may be purchased at time of registration. Only one rack can be presented for judging. 1000 possible points - 400 for taste, 200 each for appearance, aroma and tenderness. Judging begins at 4pm.

Finished product can be sliced, pulled, chunked or cut in any manner to enhance flavor and appearance. Sauces are allowed. 1000 possible points - 500 for tast, 300 for appearance/aroma and 200 for tenderness. Judging begins at 5pm.
$10 entry fee. Prepare a variety of side dishes to compliment your ribs/roast! Hot, cold, vegies, fruit, meat, whatever your speciality is! Only one side dish can be presented for judging and must be prepared on site during the competition. Participants to provide all ingredients. 400 possible points for tast, appearance, idea and creativity. Judging begins at 5pm.
