Purpose of the training:

Participants will learn the most current guidance and requirements regarding special education due process including interventions, progress monitoring data, evaluation, and eligibility requirements, ARC membership including roles and responsibilities, and procedural steps for chairing an ARC meeting.

Session Outcomes:

Participants will become familiar with the laws, legal requirements, ARC Membership, and roles and responsibilities of the ARC Chairperson.

Audience: Principals. Directors of Special Education, Guidance Counselors, Other District Designated ARC Chairpersons

Cancellation Policy: School districts (or schools) will be billed following the activity based upon registration. Cancellations must be made within ten (10) business days of the activity to avoid being billed the fee. Substitutions will be allowed.
