IEP Process & Product Training
Description
The IEP Process & Product training will give participants basic knowledge and information of Individualized Education Programs. Participants will learn about the referral process, timelines, evaluation, and determination of disability and services. That's the process part. The second part of this presentation will give participants a good understanding of how an IEP is developed and what is written into it. Participants will learn how to navigate the special education maze and receive
parent-friendly resources. Many resources and websites will be shared that will help parents be more effective advocates for their child.
