This full day workshop focuses on ways to work together with our community stakeholders, help students and parents connect the elements of self-knowledge and other ACP information, and get educators and partners to think about ACP.
The day will include a keynote address, two breakout sessions and a University and Technical Colleges Discussion Panel.
