Wilson® Reading System (WRS)
Introductory Workshop 

Presented by:  Tina Brennan, Learning Techniques, Ltd.
Learning Techniques, Ltd. is a Wilson
® Accredited Partner

This 15-hour (3 day) workshop provides an overview of the Wilson Reading System (WRS) curriculum and serves as the prerequisite for WRS certification. At the completion of the workshop, attendees will be able to:

  • Define dyslexia and describe common characteristics 
  • Understand WRS principles of instruction and how WRS materials facilitate multisensory, interactive learning
  • Identify the lesson parts for Blocks 1, 2, and 3 of the lesson plan
  • Write a lesson plan 

If you will be teaching the Wilson Reading System, it is strongly recommended that you purchase an Introductory Set on Wilson’s website

Cost: $495/person for workshop 

Please register by October 1, 2019.

Important Information: 

  • This is a 3-day training October 30-November 1, 2019. You must attend all 3 days to receive your certification.
