Susana Fonticoba is an Award Winning Certified Constant Contact Partner and the owner of Clear Path Marketing. She's been helping small business owners and non-profit organizations harnass the power of email marketing for 10 years, by providing workshops, training classes and professional services. She is also a Certified Business Growth Strategist, coaching growing and starter businesses.

Susana has been an entrepreneur since 2004, and serves on several Boards, including the NJ Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. 



Libby B. Varghese is a seasoned Registered Patent Attorney with years of experience handling matters related to Trademark Law, Copyright Law, and Corporate Intellectual Property Due Diligence. 

Ms. Varghese has filed, prosecuted and obtained numerous patents in the U.S. and abroad on behalf of a wide array of clients ranging from individual inventors to large-scale corporations. 

Ms. Varghese counsels clients in all phases of seeking and obtaining a patent. Whether a client needs to evaluate an idea to see if it is patentable, to determine whether to file for protection in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and/or foreign patent offices, or to defend a patent application or an issued patent before the USPTO, Ms. Varghese guides clients through a complicated patent system. Ms. Varghese regularly assists clients in the preparation, filing and attainment of utility and design patents. She also handles reexamination and reissue of patents.
