WTS Sacramento Professional Development Workshops: Selling Igloos to the Argentinians: Lessons in Persuasive Presenting

The WTS Sacramento Chapter is offering its 2012 Professional Development Workshops to provide industry practitioners an avenue to further develop their professional skills, enhance career-critical skills, and expand their industry networks. This May, two workshops will explore the art of persuasive presenting.

Crafting a distinctive message that resonates with selection panels is the foundation of effective presentations. This two-part interactive workshop will encourage participants to:
  • Determine Value Propositions
  • Develop Content that Sells rather than Informs
  • Design Graphics that Support Key Messages
  • Deliver with Conviction

You'll come away with techniques you can immediately implement and real-life examples from which to draw inspiration.

Each workshop covers key strategies and components of the process. However, if you can only attend one, they are just as effective as stand-alone training.
