Preparing Food in Advance - The Root Gourmet Way 

We are all busy with work, families, and friends.  Wouldn't it be great to get home knowing that tonights meal is waiting for you to heat and eat?  Learn how to prepare dishes, full meals, and party foods and to properly store them to use later from the pros at Root Gourmet.  We'll show you how to prepare recipes ahead and bring them back so that they are just as good as the day they were cooked!

Join us on Saturday, April 20 at Root Gourmet (next to Nage) to learn the basics of Advance Preparation.  The class is priced at $50 per person and will be immediately followed by a special lunch with the instructor.  The lunch is included in the price of the class!
