Learn about how the way you organize and operate your business can affect your tax status and liabilities. Also, learn about your responsibilities as a business owner and employer and learn the common mistakes small business owners and how best to avoid them. We’ll try to take some of the mystery out of these issues to help you operate your business soundly and within the law. We cannot give you specific tax advice regarding your business or situation but will help you understand the basic principles.
