Annual Meeting and Statewide Training
September 2-4, 2015

The 2015 Annual Meeting and Statewide Training will be held at Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach from September 2-4.  This conference will feature programs of interest to Missouri prosecutors and their assistants.  

A new feature this year will be a full-blown track for all support staff.  This will be in place of the annual Support Staff Conference that has been held the past several years. 

The Third Annual President's Reception and Awards Banquet will be held on Wednesday, September 2.  At this event, the Missouri Association of Prosecuting Attorneys will present several awards including Prosecutor of the Year and Outstanding Support Staff, among others.  To properly recognize the award winners, we ask that you please dress in at least business attire for this event.

Registration fees:
Prosecuting Attorneys, their assistant prosecutors and all staff (including Assistant Attorneys General, United States Attorneys and their assistants, former elected prosecutors, and full time municipal prosecutors):  $155.00

Non-MAPA Members and other Non-prosecutors (includes law enforcement officers, other state and federal agencies): $185.00

Please be advised that all registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward any future event.

A block of rooms has been reserved at Tan-Tar-A at a rate of $83.00 per night for a standard guest room, $179.00 per night for a one-bedroom suite, or $279.00 per night for a two-bedroom suite.  Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-826-8272.  Reservations must be made by August 11, 2015, to guarantee this rate.

Family members and guests are welcome to attend meal functions during the conference.  For the President's Reception and Awards Banquet, the cost will be $40.00 per person.  For all other meal functions (breakfast on September 3 and 4 and lunch on September 3), the cost will be $15 per person per function.  Please also adjust your registration fee to cover any meal expenses for family members or guests.  Payment for guest meals can also be made by separate check, made payable to MAPA, and mailed as indicated above.  If paying by separate check, please indicate your name and which functions you are paying for.
