Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Fresh Basil, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Mozzarella, sliced with Pesto Basil Sauce served over Risotto and Asparagus.

Fillet of Salmon
Fillet of Salmon with Fresh Dill Beurre Blanc, served over Risotto and Asparagus.

Medallions of Beef Tenderloin
Two juicy 4oz Medallions of Beef Tenderloin with Béarnaise Sauce, served over Risotto and Asparagus.

Vegetarian - Wild Mushroom, Braised Leek & Goat Cheese Strudel
A beautiful chef selected entree for those wishing to have a vegetarian option.
