Sports Massage for Performance Enhancement 

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn and practice different sports massage and stretching techniques in order to help improve performance in athletes. Seminar will include information on exercise physiology, sports biomechanics, stretching and sports related injuries and pathologies. Credits (16 ceu's) for the Florida Board of Massage.
