2020 R7HSA Leadership Conference!

Network with 300-350 Head Start and Early Head Start leaders from four states in one location. Enjoy the opportunity to showcase and demonstrate your products and services, and make new connections.

Exhibit space is available from 8am—5pm Monday (Pre-conference day) through Thursday around noon when the conference concludes. A complete agenda will be shared as the event approaches. You're invited and encouraged to attend as much of the conference as possible. We completely understand you may not be available for the entirety of the event.

Exhibit space is located along the large hallways outside the general session ballroom and breakout rooms on the first and second floor of this open space, so you're guaranteed great visibility.

Exhibits include:

• Two six-foot draped tables and two chairs
• Catalog/brochure included in participant bags (ship 350 units to the hotel)
• Attendee contact list for your marketing purposes
