We're taking the green juice and smoothie craze to the next level with a Grow your Own Workshop

Learn how to select the best plants and herbs, design the layout and nurture your garden. Garden Expert Chris Hart will discuss starting from seeds or seedlings, containers vs. in-ground gardens, and teach you the best organic techniques to keep your garden healthy!

Each participant will also create a container juice garden to take home!

Special guest Kristina Hess from Green and Tonic will be on hand to tell us more about the health benefits from green juices and smoothies.  She will demonstrate how to make the best juice and have samples to try!
