The CIFST Ontario Section is pleased to invite all those who are part of the food industry (CIFST members and non-members) to attend the Fall Technical Session. The topic this year is: "SUGAR - Where to from Here?"

8:00am-9:00am - Registration & Breakfast Networking (Breakfast provided) 

9:00am - Welcome & Speaker Introductions (GlobalData., UK, Canadian Sugar Institute, Diabetes Canada)

9:15am-10:15am: Speaker/QA session  (Global Data Consumer Research from the UK)

10:15am-11:15am: Speaker/QA session (Diabetes Canada)

11:30am-12:30pm: Speaker/QA session (Canadian Sugar Institute)

12:30pm-1:30pm: Lunch Newtorking (Lunch provided)

1:30pm - 3:00pm: Industry Supplier Speakers (Quadra, Ingredion, Sensus/Kriscor, Fibresol (ADM/Matsutani), Cargill

3:00pm - Closing Remarks

3:13pm-4:30pm: Supplier "Mingle" (meet one-on-one with Suppliers to talk about your specific needs, learn about their overall capabilities, explore samples of their products)
