Bio:
Rick Joslin is a seasoned executive who has led multiple teams over his respected career. Rick credits his success to the teams he served and with whom he worked. For 10 years, Rick was the HDI Executive Director responsible for the development and growth of HDI certifications, training, and services offerings. Rick led the development, sales, business development, operations and delivery teams. While with ServiceWare for 6 years, Rick led the knowledge development team, the software development team, and customer service team that produced RightAnswers.com. Earlier in his career at Westinghouse / Eaton Cutler-Hammer, Rick led teams responsible for software development, help desk services, document and training, and field services. And Rick has been with the Steel City local chapter officers team for 25 years. Creating value through high performance teams is a legacy he is proud to have to his name.
