The HCBA's Civil Practice Committee presents: Mastering Hearsay and Hearsay Exceptions 

The rule against hearsay seems simple enough, but is confusing to understand and is difficult to apply, not to mention peppered with exceptions.This program will focus on the hearsay rule and its exceptions. Live demonstrations will be done on the admissibility of evidence. The program will concentrate on increasing the skill set of trial lawyers.
