Welcome to the registration website for the largest, county association run Beekeeping Workshop in the United States. We at TCBA are very happy that you have chosen to register on this site for this great event.

2/5/13  Attention  (TCBA Spring Workshop March 2,2013)  If your or someone you know needs a ride to Wooster from the Columbus area or if you can provide a ride to Wooster from the Columbus area, please contact Susan Valentine-Cooper at svc@nwcs.com or 614-596-3600. Please read the following instructions and when you're ready to register, press the "Register Now!" button at the bottom to continue.

* If you are a confirmed Speaker at the Workshop, TCBA will handle your web-based registration. There is no need for you to do anything. TCBA will input everything that is needed. If we have your email address on file, you may receive an email confirmation of your registration.

* If you are a Returning Vendor, from last year, you will be contacted shortly to arrange your table rental, program advertisement, etc... (If you do not hear from us by Feb. 1, 2013, please contact us.) TCBA will handle your web-based pre-registration. If we have your email address on file, you may receive an email confirmation of your reservation. 

* If you are interested in being a New Vendor at the Workshop, you must first contact TCBA directly. Space is limited.

 * For those that will be Registering two or more people; filling-out the order screen will "flow" better if you first complete all the information for yourself and then go back-up to the "ADD" button to register up to 15 additional people.

1/28/13 UPDATE - Sorry, but the Kids' classes are now sold out.

* If you have a child (6-12 yrs old) that wants to attend the Kids' Sessions, that's great. Note that due to a limit on the class, only the first 20 registered (combined Web and Mail-in) will be allowed to attend. .  For security reasons a responsible adult must be present to sign-in and out a youth at a class. Children will not be released to anyone but the adult that originally signed them into the class. Please pick-up your child promptly at the end of each class session. You will then sign them back in at the beginning of the next class. Please note that all seating  in the  Kids' Session room are for the Children and Teachers only. Please contact us if your child has special needs and requires a parent to accompany them there. Also, please note that the specific topics in each of the three Kids' classes has not been announced yet, but each class will cover a different subject about bees and/or beekeeping... Thanks

* All fees are the same as last year. Also returning is a $5 discounted price on each adult registration for TCBA members. NOTE - All membership fees in TCBA are due by March 1 of each year. So, regardless of your status (current member or non-member) if you want the $5 workshop discount, you also need to renew your membership or purchase a new membership with this workshop registration. Also note there is a separate area to purchase a TCBA membership. It is located toward the bottom of the order screen. To register as a TCBA member and receive the $30 entrance fee, you must also "buy" a $10 membership at the bottom of the screen.  Thanks

* Basic Beekeeping Classes - Like the Kids' program above, the specific topics of the Basic Beekeeping workshops have not been announced yet, but each class will cover a different aspect about beekeeping.

* At the bottom of the order screen we will offer you three ways of paying:

- Pay with a Credit Card or PayPal account - This is the most efficient way to pay for your registration. PayPal will securely process your Credit Card as a "guest" on their site. Note that a PayPal account is not required to use this option. We simply use PayPal as a secure processor for the transaction. If you have a PayPal account, you may of course use it instead.

- Pay by Check - After Registering simply mail a check to us at TCBA, P.O. Box 1212, Wooster, Oh. 44691-1212. Please make sure we receive your check before February 23, 2013, so your registration will be properly credited in time for the Workshop.

*** There will be NO Walk-in registration.   We are now at MAXIMUM  building capacity. ***

- Pay at the door - Since there will only be registration via computer and regular mail, there will be no Pay at The Door. This is regrettable but we must make sure that there is room for all that wish to register.  We do not want anyone to make a long trip and be turned away.

Please note that this on-line registration will end on February 16th. Any paper registration forms, postmarked after February 16th  can not be accepted. 

* A confirmation email of your registration will be sent to the email address you supply on the next screen.

If you do not receive the conformation email, then you are not registered and will need to register again!  

Those who use paper Registration...please furnish a phone number or email address where we can contact you with a conformation.

Please know that it is the policy of TCBA to use your email address (and your other contact information) in confidence. It will only be used for informing you about future Workshops. In the case of TCBA members, we will also email to you a monthly newsletter and the occasional newsworthy beekeeping announcement. Your personal information is not shared with any other organization without your permission.
