BOOKING YOUR HOTEL:
Be sure to reserve your room at the Westin Harbour Castle using WSI's group discount rate ($163/night for single/double occupancy). Staying onsite throughout the Convention awards you the following benefits:

Please Note: Any attendees who elect not to stay at the Westin Harbour Castle during the convention will be subject to our Offsite Fee (see Offsite Policy below).
CONVENTION POLICIES:
*NON-ED FUND FEE
Please note if you or an additional attendee are not a contributing member to WSI's Education Fund you will be charged an additional $799 to attend the Global Convention.
**OFFSITE POLICY
Our host hotel (the Westin) has levied a surcharge for all attendees not staying in the hotel to align with our meeting room requirements. We will be passing on a fee of $326 (the equivalent of two nights stay) to any attendee that chooses not to stay at The Westin Harbour Castle. Please note this fee will not apply to consultants living in the Greater Toronto Area.
***CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be sent via email to the WSI Convention Team at:
convention@wsiworld.com. Full refunds less a $50 administration fee will be made on cancellations received on or before
August 2nd, 2013. Cancellations after this date (including not showing up for the convention days you have registered for) will not be eligible for refunds or credit and will be subject to an additional $499 cancellation fee. You may transfer your registration to another member of your franchise or team that you may want to attend this event in your place if this request is sent to the Convention Team on or before August 2nd, 2013. The management of the Toronto Global Convention reserve the right to make necessary changes to the agenda. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution or cancellation of a presentation topic or speaker.
