Greetings Class of 1978!
Can you believe it? Forty years have passed, and the time has come for us to gather and celebrate old times and good friends. We hope to see you in Richmond for Homecoming 2018. The weekend offers activities and fun for all.
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES
Friday, October 19 - Golf Tournament
Ever wanted to name a golf tournament after your business or your family? Now's your chance!! Homecoming weekend will kick-off with The 1st Annual (Name to be inserted) JRT Golf Tournament on Friday morning The Federal Club. Gary Parker and David Leuschen are working together and are fine tuning the details for this full day of fun. If you are interested in registering for the tournament, please respond to Della Williams Parker at:Della3110@hotmail.com. More information will be sent to the group and posted on social media as details are confirmed.
Friday, October 19 - Football Game
The football game on Friday night is a great time to gather and reminisce about days gone by. JR Tucker Tigers play Thomas Jefferson and kick off is at 7:00p.m. The school will have a section clearly roped off highlighting our old time status. At the moment there are no plans to gather after the game, but that can always change and will be determined at game time. Hope to see some of you at the game.
Saturday, October 20 - PARTY!!!!
Our party at Westwood Club will begin at 6:30p. Live entertainment is being provided by MISTRAC and has been generously sponsored by Della and Gary Parker and Jimbo Davidson. Ruth Zajur has worked diligently with Westwood and our food menu is great! The cash bar and dance floor close at 10:45pm. Ruth has also generously donated a JRT commemorative cake to cap off the evening of fun, so be sure to save room for a dessert! The price is $60.00 per person for the party if you register before September 15th. It will increase after that day.
Social media has certainly changed communication and we sincerely thank so many of you that have offered to help either at the events themselves or by providing financial contributions. Financial donations are being used to offset the cost for classmates in financial distress and/or enhance the food and beverage menus. Rest assured that excess funds will be donated to a fund(s) of our collective choice to be determined by social media poll. It has been suggested, for example, that a gift to Al Bollman would be appreciated! If you would like to contribute or highlight your business, we would certainly appreciate your sponsorship and we have the following available. All sponsors will be recognized via social media and signage throughout the weekend.

REGISTER NOW! Prices will increase on September 15. After you register, you will have a choice to either send a check or use Pay Pal Friends and Family to save us credit card fees or you are welcome to use your credit card. The price will increase to $75.00 on September 16. If you choose to pay at the door, the price will be $100.00 and you must pay by check or cash.
