QT Chicago
A Weekend of Quality Time that Changes Lives through Dialogue, Questions, Rituals, Stories, and Play
During a time when so much seems uncertain we feel compelled to reach out but recognize the need to go in. Just like the caterpillar transforming into a butterfly we are being called to step beyond our fear and into a new version of ourselves.
QT is an invitation
- to take time to connect and be still together
- to tend to what has our attention
- to heal what needs to be healed
- to go deeper and listen for what the moment is asking from us
- to step beyond fear and into our more courageous selves

Lina Cramer: So ready for this QT Chicago Conversation. Time to step back, step in, and reconnect to my heart. Eager too, to find my 'new' balance with less fear and disquiet, and more joy and hope. Spending time together in deep reflection and exploration - well held by dear friends Quanita and Tenneson - is what's needed now. So excited to welcome them both to Chicago this spring!
Quanita Roberson: Quality Time, Quanita & Tenneson, Cutie, Que the T… all possible meanings of QT but my favorite by far is the cardiac term, QT that means the measurement between heartbeats. This is what this gathering means to me. It is a time to expand the space in our hearts, reconnect to each others hearts and time to remind ourselves of our global heart. The fact that I get to do this with Lina & Tenneson is just icing on the cake!
Tenneson Woolf: At the heart of QT for me, is a desire to reclaim the most simple of human practices together. Turning to one another. For the sense-making that only community can do. Being curious. Because life requires it. Contributing to quality time that weaves social space, deliberate inquiry, and a bit of ceremony. Quanita and I created this format to support quality together in times like these — we couldn’t not. I’m delighted to again join hands with Lina and good people in the Chicago area.
