- Participation fee of $10 must be paid in advance to reserve your spot in the competition. NO refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
- Participants must have a physical address in Pine City or be a student currently enrolled at ISD578.
- Contestants sing to a backing track that MUST be on a CD which cannot exceed five minutes.
- All music genre's are acceptable as long as there isn't any profanity in the words and the song has to be memorized.
- We reserve the right to limit the registration process to the first 20 contestants registered. If there is high interest, and time allows, an audition round may be implemented.
- The 1st and 2nd place winners must be available to attend the "Minnesota Sings" competition on Sunday, September 24th.
