The Conference has been scheduled for October 22, 2017 through October 24, 2017, with an extended tour October 25, 2017 through October 28, 2017.

The location of the Conference will be in historic Monterey, California.  Monterey has airline access from both San Francisco and Los Angeles.

In order to secure adequate space for the conference and provide a cost, the RAC needs to know the number of people attending from each country.  We must have this information before August 15, 2017.

The extended trip will include three nights (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) of lodging, 3 meals, and transportation.  See below for the tentative schedule of activities planned for the extended tour.

Prior to committing hotel rooms and meals for the International Seedless Dried Grape Producing Countries Conference, all members are asked for a commitment as to whether or not they plan on attending and having their spouses/guests attend as well.  This involved a financial commitment.

Please use the Register Now! button below to provide your information and intent on attending.

Using this information we will then send out invoices for your Conference Fee, Hotel Rooms & Extended Tour (if attending), along with wire and/or mailing instructions for payment.

EXTENDED TOUR INFORMATION

The Extended Tour will begin Wednesday morning (October 25, 2017) with a bus ride to Fresno.  We will stop at Sun-Maid Growers of California for lunch and a packing house tour.  We will then make our way to Fresno State Winery for a vineyard and processing plant tour.  There will be time to stop at Gibsons Farm Market to see all the wonderful produce and products produced at Fresno State.  Following that we will have dinner at a local Fresno restaurant, and finally ending the evening at the Doubletree Hotel by Hilton in Downtown Fresno.

Thursday morning we will again travel by bus through the Central Valley on our way to San Francisco. Stopping for lunch and shopping in Dublin, CA at Hacienda Crossing (an outside shopping & entertainment center). Lunch will be by your choice of restaurant with time for shopping.  We will then continue our travels to San Francisco ending at the San Francisco Hyatt Regency Hotel near the Embarcado.  The rest of the evening will be yours to enjoy.

Friday morning we will embark on our final adventure to the Napa Valley Wine Country by Ferry, Shuttle & Train. Beginning with a morning walk to the Ferry Building to board the Ferry to Vallejo (view the San Francisco skyline from a new perspective as you cross the Bay via Ferry).  We will then be shuttled to Raymond Vineyard where we will enjoy a 90-minute tour.  Upon arriving at Raymond's "Theatre of Nature," your winery tour will begin with an introduction to Raymond's history and organic farming practices. Walk through the gardens and learn what it means to grow biodynamic grapes. Then test yourself with a sensory evaluation designed to help you identify the flavors and aromas in wine. See the machinery and facilities involved in the crushing, fermentation, bottling and storage of wine as you explore Raymond's extensive production space.

We will then catch the Wine Train at one of the Train's scheduled up valley stops. Enjoy the next two hours viewing the west side of the Valley and leisurely savoring a multiple course gourmet lunch as you return to Napa by train.  Upon our return to the Napa Train station, we will depart by Shuttle back to Vallejo and return to San Francisco by Ferry.  The remainder of the evening is yours to enjoy.

You may depart San Francisco - late Friday (October 27) night after 8:00pm or Saturday (October 28) morning.

Cost for the Extended Tour is $1,343.00/single & Guests $461.00/per person
