Dempster has over twenty years experience helping organizations understand and implement continuous improvement processes.  His educational background includes Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and he is currently completing his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology.  During this session, Dempster will take us on a journey of discovery that includes:

  • Practical knowledge to break down 'cultural' growth barriers
  • Why current performance standards are getting in the way of growth.
  • How many managerial practices stifle the creativity and innovation required for growth.
