John Foresi, is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Venterra Realty, a firm that acquires and manages multi-family real estate throughout the sourthern United States, with superior risk-adjusted returns. Over 15+ years, Venterra Investments have delivered 17.1% annualized returns, with low leverage, never having lost investor money. 

In addition to experience in the real estate industry, John been CEO and Director positions in several technology companies, focusing on the supply chain and customer relationship management areas, service clients such as UPS, Coca Cola, Pepsi Co, Apple and more. John is currently a member of Tiger 21, WPO Ontario and the Chief Executive Organization and currently sits on the Board of the WPO Ontario Chapter, and on the board has held the positions of Education Chair, Vice Chair and is currently the Chapter Chair of WPO Ontario. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
