The Oregon Native American Chamber's (ONAC) board of directors and staff invites you to join us for our August Networking Luncheon. Our monthly luncheon provides a unique opportunity to meet and network with business and community leaders (Native and non-native) from across Oregon.

This month's guest speaker will be Ms. Carol McIntyre, Deputy for Small Business, Small Business Programs, Office US Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District. Ms. McIntyre has over 26 years of Federal Government Contracting experience, is currently serving as the Deputy for Small Business, US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District since December 2008.

From 1998 to 2006, Carol was the Chief, Small Business Programs Office for the Northwestern Division of the Corps of Engineers (includes Omaha, Kansas City, Seattle, Walla Walla and Portland Districts). In 2004 this position expanded to encompass the Small Business Programs Office for the Pacific Ocean Division with added responsibility for oversight of the Alaska and Honolulu Districts. Carol is a DAWIA Level III Certified Acquisition Professional in Contracting, Level I Certified Professional in Program Management, a member of the Army Acquisition Corps, and a former warranted Contracting Officer.
