The Oregon Native American Chamber (ONAC) invites you to join us for our July Networking Luncheon. This event provides a unique opportunity to meet, network, and build relationships with business and community leaders (Native and non-native) from across Oregon and SW Washington.

This month, we will feature the following guest speaker:

Eloisa Miller, Deputy Director of Economic and Business Equity, Economic & Business Equity (MWESB), Governor's office.

Eloisa Miller is the interim Director for Economic & Business Equity, Office of Governor Kitzhaber. In this role she works internally with state agency staff to: increase certified firm contracting participation; provide certified firms with contracting opportunity information and tools/resources for business growth; and engage with external stakeholders who share the Office’s interests.  Eloisa joined the Governor's Office  with eight years at ODOT’s Procurement Office (OPO) as an Intergovernmental Agreement Specialist.  She is a strong proponent of assisting businesses focused on achieving greater success.  Eloisa has three boys who keep her young at heart, a great passion for health and fitness, and enjoys applying her creativity at every opportunity.

Please note: ONAC's March Networking Luncheon will be hosted at the Metro Council Chambers.
