Learn to Sew: Holiday Napkins

Learn the basics of machine sewing and get a jump on your holiday table settings all at once! This class is the perfect introduction for anyone with very little or no sewing experience, whether you have a machine or not. Students will learn how to iron fabric in preparation for sewing, thread a machine, wind a bobbin, stitch straight seams and finish edges.

Supplies include enough yardage of 2 different fabrics to make 2 napkins and 1 spool of thread. Students may either bring or purchase fabric scissors and pins.

*All students need to pre-wash their fabric at home before sewing, so plan to pick out your fabric at least one day in advance of the class.
