• Exercise-class demonstrations from Greater Valley YMCA, Allentown Branch
• Cooking demonstations provided by the Kellyn Foundation & Shoprite
• Nutrition counseling provided by Bethlehem Health Bureau
• Diabetic foot screenings and information about Group Lifestyle Balance, a diabetes prevention program, provided by Hartzell's Pharmacy
