You are cordially invited to the 22nd Annual Educational Exchange of the Georgia Association of Community Service Boards, Inc (GACSB) scheduled for October 27-29, 2019 at The Lodge & Spa at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia. The Educational Exchange brings a common perspective to professionals and advocates providing Mental Health, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Addictive Diseases services in Georgia

Other Helpful Details:

  • Among the ~325 participating are: Board Members, CEOs, CCOs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, Medical Directors, HR Directors, clinical practitioners, as well as other stakeholders.
  • As a registrant, you are welcome to join any sessions, meals, breaks, and sign-up for CEUs/CMEs.
  • A single table with two chairs will be provided for each vendor (6 feet wide X 3 feet deep X ~30 inches tall). Tent cards will be placed on the tables for your convenience and easy identification. Table cloth and skirt colors are at the venue's discretion; black. All vendors will be on carpeted flooring.
  • The Lodge & Spa at Callaway Garden has indicated vendors will enter from the main entrance. It is their recommendation that you bring your equipment on-site vs. shipping as there is extremely limited space so holding fees will apply. Please note the Convention Center has indicated there staff will not be able to assist you with unloading. There will be a dedicated cart available for your use however on a first come, first serve basis.The venue has indicated they will place smaller packages at the your booth but larger packages will need to be claimed from Christi Connors (Conference Manager).
  • Vendors are asked to have their booth/table broken-down by 2:00PM on Tuesday, October 29. Simply leave your outbound items packaged and labeled on/beside your booth for carrier pick-up. Callaway Gardens has indicated they will be unable to assist with providing shipping supplies/labels, please come prepared
  • A current attendee listing will be distributed via e-mail to registered vendors at one month and one week prior to the event. The final listing will be distributed a few weeks following event's conclusion.
  • Booth/table selections are based on participation level as well as time of electronic registration completion date.Selection of conference sponsor’s on-site benefits will be offered based on participation level as well as time of electronic registration completion. PLEASE EXPECT AN EMAIL FROM LYLY TRINH TO MAKE AVAILABLE SELECTIONS LATE SEPTEMBER.
  • Throughout the Exchange, drawings are made for attendees to receive door prizes. We welcome your company to bring any promotional prizes you wish to donate to the raffle. Simply drop off your donations at the GACSB registration/information desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY

SHOULD YOU BE UNABLE TO ATTEND AFTER YOUR REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE, PLEASE BE ADVISED:

  • All event cancellations must be made in writing; email is acceptable and should be made to the attention of Lyly Trinh (LTRINH@SHPLLC.COM).
  • Refunds will be granted up to 30 days prior to the start of the Exchange but will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days before the program will not receive a refund.
