How can we keep track of our finances when everything is changing so quickly? Do the programs we traditionally offered need to change? How can we make sure we are making an impact? Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)  are measures of our financial health, our program effectiveness, and our impact. Learn how to select KPI's to help you manage finances and impact in times of rapid change.

• Share examples of dashboards
• Discuss how best to report to your funders
• Learn how to tell your story with data
