Luncheon (12:00-1:30)

Plan to join us on Tuesday, March 13 in Oakland for a timely update on commercial real estate finance.  Some questions to be addressed:

  • Where are interest rates heading and how will it impact the commercial real estate market?
  • Are the new tax laws changing investment strategies?
  • Are you seeing any changes in the types of loans you write?
  • Can you share some case studies of particularly challenging loans that have universal lessons.
  • What can brokers do to make the financing process go smoother?
  • Do you recommend refinancing to a longer term loan?
  • Do you see cash buyers financing after the sale or are they keeping their cash in the deal?
