Wilford “Bill” Stone is an attorney with the Lynch Dallas law firm in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  He  primarily represents management, and has defended employers, cities and school districts on sexual harassment and other harassment related lawsuits for over 30 years.   Bill has law degrees from the University of Iowa and Georgetown University Law Center.  Combining his legal training with his experience and education working with human resource professionals, he provides clear and candid advice to clients on sound HR  practices.  Since 2011, he has written  a recurring guest column for the Cedar Rapids Gazette Sunday Business 380 section, providing practical advice to employers on human resource and employment law issues.
