SLPC Vacation Bible School 

Every summer for one week, kids preschool through fifth grade get to have fun, learn bible stories and discover God in very creative and hands on ways.  At Vacation Bible School (VBS) kids will explore the mighty love of God on a journey that will change them forever! Our VBS will be filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences which kids will see, hear, and touch! Fun crafts, teambuilding games, cool Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the VBS activities that help faith flow into real life. (Since many activities are hands-on, kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and safe shoes.)

This year our theme is "Shake it Up Cafe!" In this kid-friendly café full of chef's hats and aprons, pots and pans, checkered tablecloths, and chalkboard menus, kids will explore the Bible as a cookbook filled with recipes for living out God's word. Through interactive lessons, that are easy for kids to apply to their lives today, boys and girls will celebrate biblical festivals that reveal ingredients for being a follower of God.
