SPEAKER:  Andrew Wheeler, Managing Director & Practice Leader at Diversified Search

Andrew C. Wheeler is Managing Director and Leader of the Education, Nonprofit, and Arts and Culture practice at Diversified Search, and is an active member of the Healthcare Services practice.

Andrew’s clients have included research intensive institutions, medical schools, liberal arts colleges, and museums. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, he spent four years with Heidrick & Struggles. He is passionate about finding the right individuals who can make a significant impact for mission-driven organizations.

Andrew began his career in undergraduate admissions at Bowdoin College, where he managed student volunteers, reviewed applications, and recruited prospective students. He then worked in the creative and technical staffing industry for HireKnowledge, leading its Philadelphia, New York, and San Francisco offices.
