WHO should attend? Day one is OWNERS training, with proprietary cleaning business information suitable for owners and high-level management staff only.
Day two is suitable for YOUR Training Managers. We do not share business trade secrets during day two. The focus is entirely on THE BASIC tenants of training, teaching the TRAINER how to train new staff. It's technical, tactical, and Speed Cleaning specific.
WHAT is the benefit? Step by step implementable training program that can dramatically improve labor costs, profits, and quality.
