"The Story You Tell Yourself"

Did you know that what you believe is true, what you base your feelings and actions upon, comes from the “Story You Tell Yourself?”

We all have stories about what we think something means, about what we can and cannot do, and even what we dream we can or cannot do.

This workshop helps you understand how you may be limiting yourself by your story…and best of all, what you can do to change it to a story of empowerment.

Actual tools and tips will be presented so that you can transform from being a victim to being victorious.

Come re-write and re-right your story!
