Samantha Murray is a Recruiting Coordinator for OT Growth Partners, one of the largest independently owned and operated Orangetheory Fitness Franchise groups, based in Chapel Hill! She is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and group fitness coach. If you know Sam, you know she is passionate about all things health and wellness. As a coffee lover, Sam's daily mantra is "you can't pour from an empty cup", reminding her that not only does she probably need more coffee or water... she also needs to remember to take care of herself so she can take care of others too!
