August Meeting

Join us for the August meeting of the Freeport Networking Group  on Monday, August 10th, 6-8 p.m. at the Freeport Memorial Library.  Our speaker will be  Eileen Lichtenstein, MS.Ed, CEO of Balance & Power, Inc.  

Eileen has specialized for over 20 years in personal development coaching and training, including stress reduction/management, communicating effectively and career issues. 

With a background that includes Hofstra and CUNY adjunct and bio-feedback, she offers individuals and groups coaching strategies to facilitate success. Based in Westbury, NY, Eileen also conducts one:one coaching and group trainings via video skype and webinars.

Eileen may include EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, tapping), meditation and breath implementation in her training and coaching. Melding wellness and stress management techniques, she has worked within medical, educational and corporate environments.

The Freeport Networking Group is a no fee, open membership networking group designed to bring people together to help grow business.  We will be meeting on the second Monday of each month at the Freeport Memorial Library from 6 PM to 8 PM.
