FCA's or Facility Condition Assessments provide clear, understandable, and visible information that can help justify requests for funding and can become the foundation for a capital renewal programs. The information is organized for better visibility into your capital program.

    • Facility Manager Only (One-time only) - complimentary
    • Vendor/Supplier - $75.00 per person (Register as a non-member and pay fee)
  • Colleagues & Non Members (Vendors & Suppliers) - $75 per person
Non Member Fee:   Membership, in IFMA and the San Diego Chapter, is on an individual basis (not by company).  Therefore, to be considered a member and not charged to attend meeting/events, you (individually) have to be listed in the chapter membership records.  These records are provided to us by IFMA Headquarters.  Any discrepancies or changes must be resolved with the Membership Department at IFMA.  Please contact them at 713-623-4362 or ifma@ifma.org

Cancellations: Due to rising catering costs, cancellations MUST be received a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the event to receive a full refund.  Those making a reservation, but not attending the event/meeting (“No shows”) will be charged a $75 No-Show fee.
